Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, we bring more than 45 years of combined experience to the table, and that experience shows in every vehicle we touch.
We’ve spent decades in the automotive world, working alongside dealerships, detail shops, and independent operators, so we understand exactly what it takes to keep inventory front-line ready. More importantly, we know that no two vehicles, and no two customers, have the same needs. That’s why we focus on providing the right solution for each situation, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Our team specializes in paint correction, interior repair, touch-up, and full-scope reconditioning, and we pride ourselves on combining craftsmanship with efficiency. Triston Dycus
With more than two decades of hands-on experience in automotive reconditioning, Triston Dycus founded ARS – Automotive Refinishing Solutions in 2025 with a clear mission: to deliver quality work, without the fluff. Based in the DFW Metroplex, Triston has earned a reputation for his sharp eye for detail, no-nonsense work ethic, and a results-driven approach that keeps clients coming back.
From body shops to dealership service lanes, Triston has worked every angle of the reconditioning business. He understands the industry from the inside out, and knows what it takes to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality. ARS is the result of his vision to create a company that values honesty, craftsmanship, and consistency above all else.
When he’s not under the hood or managing his growing team, Triston enjoys spending time with his family and keeping up with the latest innovations in automotive repair and refinishing.

Jonathan Johnson
With a strong foundation in automotive operations, business leadership, and team development, Jonathan Johnson brings over 20 years of experience to his role as Partner at ARS – Automotive Refinishing Solutions. His background spans a variety of roles across the automotive and motorsports industries, where he has managed operations, led high-performing teams, and built strong client relationships.
Jonathan is known for his no-nonsense leadership style, hands-on approach, and ability to drive results. At ARS, he focuses on streamlining workflows, supporting customer needs, and helping the business grow with integrity and consistency.
His experience managing logistics, vendor partnerships, and large-scale projects gives ARS a competitive edge in delivering high-quality reconditioning services across the DFW area. Jonathan is passionate about doing things the right way, and building a business that reflects that.
He resides in Midlothian, Texas, where he enjoys spending time with family and staying active in the automotive and small business communities.
